At Canada Pooch, we want you and your pup to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If the fit isn't perfect, we offer a 30-day return window for items in original, hair-free condition.

Return Process

  Clean the Product

  Ensure the item is free of pet hair, odors, and dirt, and that all original tags are still attached to qualify for a refund.

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label, securely pack the items, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and processes your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
